Privacy
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. This page explains what this website collects and what happens to it.
What the contact form collects
When you write to us, the form sends your name, email address, phone number, how you prefer to be reached, your preferred time and your message to our office. We use them to reply to you. Please do not put medical details in the message; call us if something is urgent.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not use this website to track you across other sites, and it has no chat box or scheduling widget of another company.
How long we keep a message
If you do not become a client, we delete your message after a reasonable period. If you do, it becomes part of your record, which is kept as Florida law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete what you sent through the form, apart from records the law requires us to keep. Write to us or call the office.
Clinical records
Sessions, notes and intake forms are not part of this website. Your clinician explains how your record is kept, who can see it and the limits of confidentiality before you say anything.
Changes
If we change this page, the new version replaces the old one here.
