You see the same clinician each time. If you would like to meet both of us first, say so when you write.
The same questions for everyone
Neither of us will ask you to tell your worst day in the first sessions. We ask how you are sleeping, working and living.

If you ask how EMDR works, or why we asked something, we answer in plain words.
A room you can leave
You can step out, take a breath or end a session at any time. No explanation is needed.
